Silly things friends have said about City to you

Met this twat with a red hooter from Glasgow..we were not friends, but remember him saying some shit about "Never in my lifetime"

2014 Yaya is the best midfielder in premier league history (not a daft opinion but a factual one, this is mine)
2010-2014 Yaya was incredible! His legs started to go after about 32 years old though (big guy though, happens to a lot of us!), but in the four years before then he was simply the best!

The one player Rags used to ask me if he was playing ahead of a derby was Yaya. He’s the one who scared them the most. And you can see why when you see some of his performances against them.

Not a friend. A complete stranger in a Salford Precinct store was whinging about United as if everybody cares. He said something to me and I just told him I'm not bothered as I'm a City fan. In fact, I was more than happy.
His response was to ask me how long I'd been a City fan?

I'm a Manc. A 54-year-old local lad. Was he expecting me to say since 2012 or something? If so, who was I supporting before? United? That's not saying much about their support, is it? Thick cnuts. He shut the fuck up when i told him my first match was 1977.
'Since 2012. I used to support united before that but after the 6-1 I could tell they were on their way down'

Shame he’s a **** isn’t it.

Rag 'friends' are limited but any that I give time to know that I have been going since 1977 and am blue through and through etc so none say much other then cry about the state they are in.

Recently on Team meetings for the work I do, my avatar is a City badge, so some, during the preamble when everyone gathers for a meeting have tried to be funny and say something like, 'how long have you been a City fan', 'money is all it is about' blah blah blah

I tend to just ask them who they support and whoever it is I know enough to take the piss

The meeting tends to start then
