Silva injured

Didnt he say he was going to take a scan after the last game? I think they played him here with a niggle

Nothing short of disaster should we lose silva just now. He's back to his best, and it's no coincidence that we are too.

Wouldn't like to go into these three aways without him.

Hate internationals too.
Get Hart, Milner and Lescott home asap. Not interested in England really. Just want the players fit and raring to go for Saturday at West Brom. Silva's injury is a massive blow

May have lost something in translation from French

Cazorla is preparing to replace David Silva, apparently shot in the thigh.

Silva asked to be substituted. He was holding his leg (calf or shin) and went straight down the tunnel with the Spanish team doctor.

Maybe Mancini had a quiet word with him and told told him to fake one after 10 mins. Here's hoping.

I thought he was feeling his hamstring and then he also felt his ankle. Either way losing our main playmaker for any time is not good.

anyone who saw it, did that look a very serious injury? how much time will he miss in ur opinion?

He actually pulled up with no one around him and looked straight to the sideline. He walked off and to me it looked like he felt his hamstring. Hard to tell but purely on the basis of being cautious he could not play on the weekend.
