I think Sibs was better, because of his versatility. He could play out wide on the left, remember, something I've never seen Silva do! And let's not forget the job he could do up front as a lone man. He performed both roles with ablomb.

After spending most of the season drooling over David Silva I tried to think of another player who was as talented and I immediately though of Sibbo. I have considered both players qualities and have found it really difficult to find any difference.

Both have a fantastic touch, can see game changing passes, have great technique, balance and knowledge of the game. Both work hard for the team and both are extremely consistent players.

I eventually came to the conclusion that Sibierski was a better player as he had one quality that Silva doesn't. He was unbelievable in the air.

So tonight when you crack open your beer/ wine/ milk raise a glass to a player who would get into any top team today...Antoine Sibierski

You forgot the fact that Sibierski played in a crap team, therefore he must be a better player than Silva since Silva has good team mates to play with him.

Because, as we both know, looking good for a shit City team means you'd be awesome in the current team! No doubt about it.

Also, lest we forget that Sibierski stayed with us when we were crap and no good teams actually came in for him. Because great players stay with crap teams. Especially world class players. They always stay. For years. Even through relegation!
