Shit players dont play for Real Madrid and AC Milan and get over 100 caps for England, almost 50 as captain also. He was overrated but he was far from shit.

I see alot of Modric from last season in Silva, and for the elder generation, Dalgleish.

I can safely say that I havnt seen a player of the ilk of Silva in a City shirt in my time, pure class.

Kinky was my hero and I'll always love him. Silva is in a different league though, such a complete player. Must say his workrate and desire have shocked me. So much more than simply the flair player I thought he was.

I'd have to agree that he's a unique player. I dont think we've seen the best of him yet, but what i have seen in the last couple of games gets me exicited. He is definately a playmaker of the highest order who can score aswell, similar to fabregas in alot of respects.
