It's a fantastic idea, but as it is simply an old plastic bottle filled with water and bleach there is no money to be made from it.
 
Yeah big business already have sky lights. But what a piece of genius to create something so simple to help the poor.

street light may make it lose it s sharpness (the light) but then you may need a sort of cap to close out the light when sleeping. what ya reckon?
Chemistry is beyond me, does it "charge" or merely amplify the light it lets in?

through water light can be magnified , even very slight heat i would think. the light would be amplified.... the bleach was the genius thought!

this is like those bags of water suspended over asian cafe s which keep the mozzies/flies away.....

or the tin can grid in africa !
