i thought i'd posted on this, i believe you can wait up to an hour and a half either way for the bus to turn up, you can book a private bus that you control for 480 euros, it leaves and returns when you say so.

as i said in an earlier post i have no quarms about seeing if they let me upgrade my car to a bus that fits us all in if people get stuck.
hi lads, there is a train ticket call the bayern lander ticket it costs 30 euros for up to 5 people travelling 2gether you are only allowed 2 get regional trains which will take 25mins longer.
the station is 15 min walk from the main centre but all buses go 2 it and r every couple of mins
im still looking for a lift back if anyone can help

sounds like you will need a bus not a car!!
