Must say where we are in 109 is like a lads' mothers' meeting. We spend the time taking the piss out of each other and sometimes we stay on the concourse a bit long while the game's on. However, I always join in the songs and every now and then I see a goal. Fucking love it apart from when it's my turn to drive.

Just a minor bug bear for me. For the Fernandinho song please can we sing it slower, it defeats the whole point of the actual song.
I know Bayern aren't the most liked round these parts, and why should they. But their 'ultras' have nailed it, in regards to this tune. Even Watford have a good version going on, sung at the correct pace too.
Look at this video from 5:20 to see how it should be sung. We don't even have to sing the Fernandinho lyrics to it - simply "Manchester.... City" would work well.
Good point. When the Fernandinho song was born a couple of years back at the Leicester cup game, it was sung at a much slower tempo and lasted a lot longer than it does nowadays.
The Zabaleta song is one of the main issues. That started off slowly and then now it's really hard to keep up.
What's the rush?

Sorry if already said but...City, ruining songs since 2015
We need sum new player songs too, the only 2 I like are the hart song and vinny's song, the zabs song is dull now, we should have a song for sterling, navas, Delph,, kelechi, and we need a better song for kdb. We also need to decide which song we are gonna stick with it it ole silva or ole city?
Any suggestions for anything I've said?

We need some new City songs. I think we're too obsessed with making up songs for players and they often seem a bit flat when the player isn't playing or he isn't particularly doing much in the game. But we haven't had a proper new City song for years. When you think that "Best Team In The Land And All The World" has been sung for nearly 20 years but it's one of our newer City chants!Sorry if already said but...

Some good points on hear, good to hear feedback on what the singing sounds like from other parts of the stadium. . Singing doesnt travel well unless 500 or more are singing at the same time and this is proving difficult unless we score or Silva / vinny comes on as a sub.
I sing my heart out every game, i sound like rod stewart for two days after throat is that rough ! But i love city :-)
We do need to slow songs down, the argie blues / fernandhino / zabba song have all speeded up because fans are in to much of a rush to start a song then get on to the next song. We rush to many songs in back to back, we need a 30 second breather or break between songs rather than just as a song finishes trying to jump in with a new song to be the one that starts it.
Songs need to be longer, not die down after one round. Rest of the fans in the block cant get a song going until it has been sung for 15/20 seconds to get it started. Just as a song picks up and spreads round we start another.
"singing the blues" was great on boxing day, started on 83 mins right to final whistle and then carried on until the stadium was empty for 10 minutes, thought stewards where going to join in !
