Start with the usual 'clear browsing history for all time, close browser and reopen', usually does the job.

What is bloody annoying is when trying to accept the privacy bollocks you can’t swipe up to accept, it keeps disappearing off the bottom of the page.
Sky News app was the same!

Fine via Chrome on my devises but I've had to accept privacy settings on both today...maybe something your end?

Just cleared my cache and that worked

Same issue for me since this morning on my Pixel 3 phone on chrome, but fine on firefox. Clearning cache and restrating phone not worked, i just get:

Bad Request
Your browser sent though a request that this server could not understand. Size of request header field exceeds server limit.

You need to make sure that you select "All time" (step 4 here: https://www.t-mobile.com/support/devices/android/google-pixel-3/browser-google-pixel-3).
