Anything that you were doing at the time (if you were trying to post, send a PM, etc) would help too.
This is one of these things that make this sort of stuff hard and keeps me up at nights. I can't recreate any of the problems on my end, and can't see them on the server.
I also have no idea how it could possibly have been slower than it was for some people, and lightning fast for others, hence why I need more information to see if there is a common thread between each group.
