Do you consider them more Newcastle and Sunderland, Everton and Villa size?

Or Liverpool and Arsenal?

Can't stand either. Liverpool and Arsenal in size but a lot of that is to do with either being someone's '2nd club' to support - a decision to support either one is usually mixed with an undercurrent of sectarian bigotry.

Both huge clubs, didnt realise just how big until i lived up there during the 90s

I look at the quality of players that have played either side of the border as a guideline for comparison, most players that go there from bang average teams look awesome in that league, so i always put them amongst the bang average clubs.

City wouldn’t not have taken as many as Rangers or Celtic took to Seville for there Europa League Final/UFEA Cup final

A quick scan on Facebook shows Rangers to have 800k followers and Celtic 2m. Sheffield United have 900k followers. Manchester City has 41m followers on the same platform. Make of that what you will.

I'd rather have 1000 fans follow a club than have 800 billion on face fucking book

How do you compare "size"?

Financially? They are Championship level
Footballing quality? Lower Premier League/Championship level
Support? Up there with the top PL clubs
International recognition? Midtable Premier League level
Historic achievement? Up there with the top PL clubs

The only time I ever was interested in Scottish football was when many of the England players moved there whilst the European ban was in force. The fact that players such as Scott Sinclair can be stars there shows the standard and it has been in decline since then.

In terms of support they are huge. Liverpool and United would superseded if their was a British League as Ireland would switch. That's why there won't be a British League to protect the rags and dippers.
Apologies, would be superseded if there
