Just like to share how Sky have fucked about one of the team. Charging him for Broadband & Phone line since March. None of which work. Sky messing me and him about for over 4 months with this, I eventually get BT out and it turns out his line is being routed to some randomer who's getting the services for free.
I've spent literally days on the phone to them, constant failed promises, failed engineer visits, new line provision and activation promises broken numerous times.
I'm sorting out getting him refunded, but as per usual Sky being incompetent dealing with that.
Player wits end, me suicidal. Service now ordered with BT for next week & hopefully a result.
