We had this palaver with Sky. Said it was a simple home move, dawdled for 3 months then finally told us that they couldn't connect our broadband because the exchange was too far away. Sacked the daft cunts on the spot.
Virgin just laughed and picked up the contract, had us up and running in 3 days.
