Brought this up on another thread and thought I'd gauge opinion. I find the black netting we use in the goals at the moment pretty dreary! I know it's there so people can supposedly see the game better but I just don't like it. I'd much rather we changed back to white netting or tried sky blue. Anyone else give a shit about this?.....probably not but hey ho!!

in the a-league they use yellow netting (due to a sponsorship deal with a drinks company) so what harm could sky blue do?

Noticed that Arsenal use red netting so I don't see how it would be a problem.

Obviously the black netting is used so you can see the sponsor boards better, but I absolutely hate it. It doesn't look right! Would love some blue and white nets!

glad i'm not the only one!

I'd like to see some intelligent netting, all white with a blue MCFC crest in the middle.

Really don't like the black netting, though I do understand why they have it. White netting just looks the best for me, saying that some classy blue and white ones could be good as well.

I'd love this. Sounds weird but would give the ground more identidy and it would be unique.

Glad someone else has the same view as me... I bloody hate the black netting! I know it's not a big thing but it really annoys me. White and blue would add so much more colour. Especially as the camera angle is so high, the ground looks lifeless sometimes.
