Just been listening to a couple of the Episodes on there, and have to say well done lads, keep it up.

Just one point though...

I think it was in Episode 8 (?), and you were talking about out of town Blues, and giving them a hard time etc. Just how do you differentiate between loyal lifelong City fans and others?

I live in the South, and have supported City since i was about 6. Don't ask me why as i really don't know. I think i just liked the kit or summat. I don't recall any outside influence regarding my team. My Dad and one Brother support Arsenal, One Brother supports Chelsea, and the other isn't arsed. I can't ever remember having anyone push me towards their team. I just chose City for whatever reason back in the 70's.

Now, i never got taken to a City match by my Dad, so i didn't get to see them play until i was old enough to go on my own with a supporters club. But ever since then i've been doing a round trip of over 500 miles for a home game, and obviously further for away games sometimes. I had a season ticket for a while but had to give it up for financial reasons. I still get to games, but not as much as i would like.

I've took an unbelievable amount of shit as a kid growing up in the South, supporting City over the years, but it never fazed me as i knew i was supporting the only team that mattered. I felt honoured, (and still do), to support City.

So what i don't understand is why i feel berated, just because i wasn't born within spitting distance of Maine Rd?

What do you think Pollerz and De Niro?

Like i say.... decent show, and keep it up.... but why have a dig?

Btw... i tried to leave feedback on the Sky Blue News site, but for some reason it wasn't having it.
