Now they have the stadium pretty much sorted I expect Arsenal to become a viable force again, just give them a few seasons.

Very good signings imo. Fellaini plays best holding and gives them an aerial threat and midfield presence. Arteta moves forward to cover Wilshere when injured. They need a player that performs every game and not just one in four. I don't think Everton fans will be too sorry to see him leave if they get a decent fee for him and that says everything.
