No worries, but I still think it's devoid of any real importance. He's basically saying if somebody beats him to it, he'll say that was his 'exclusive'. So anything that comes out in the next 24 hours he can say, 'Yep, that's the one!!'. Seems pretty easy this being a sports journo lark...
