have just ordered this offer with multiroom as well,looking forward to the hd,they are fitting it monday!!! :-)

only around 10% of the items broadcast on Sky HD are actually in HD....if you go into the menu, it should say HD in the top corner of the programme details screen...if not, then you are only getting that programme in standard definition....until they decide to release 100% of their so called HD programmes in HD then i will wait...why pay for something you obv aren't getting....not only that but its a minimum 12months contract which you only get 1/2price for the first six months...so you would end up paying nrly £50 a month for HD tv for a further six months when you dont get all the programmes in HD

As soon as they do , let me know mate , and i'll fook off my Virgin V+ box and go with Sky HD .
I might aswell stay with my multiroom XL TV/20MB Broadband/XL Phone package that costs me approx £90 p/month .

so whats the crack if you already have a contract with normal sky

Guess you have to fulfil the initial contract first.

After that, phone up and say you're cancelling (one month notice required). They'll argue with you just to keep your business. But if you hold firm, they'll usually offer a short-term reduction, say 3 months half-price or something.

We cancelled completely but had to endure the usual hard-sell off Sky Retention Department who wouldn't take 'No' for an answer. In the end it worked for us...
