Try unplugging it, remove card dry wipe it then point remote control at your satellite dish whilst holding down the 'back-up' button for 10secs.This should help find your satellite.Then insert card & plug back in. I hope this helps.

Did that sort it for you ? Stages 1&2 were straight up that sort of reboots it , but the remote bit I put in for giggles. Did you really point the remote at the dish ?milo said:cheers dell74

lol, that's the sort of advice I like to give out, press services, then 04 to see your signal. it does my nut in, then normally you get the Indian customer services..
