God this is like pulling teeth. Why then, did they "order" him back????????????

Please excuse the excessive question marks, but I keep asking the same question and feel exaserbated.

because Mancinis understanding of the english language gets mis interperated by the scum media. Its clear that the words used by journos are intended to confuse Mancini then they jump on his every spoken word!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Come one, having watched it, Mancini knows enough English to understand what he said there. (He also has an interpreter next to him, with whom he refers when he is unsure of anything.) He even said he does not know where Tevez is (something Kia disagrees with) and stated for all he knew, he was on the plane back to Manchester.

But I agree the press do try and get him to say things they canthen pick up up on.

watching the press conferance Mancini was struggling with the word ordered. I think my opinion, ordered=asked. Like ordering pizza wine in a restaurant ie ask for

''....The Argentina international has been in his homeland for more than a week after his wife gave birth prematurely. With Vanesa now out of hospital, although the baby is still in intensive care, City boss Mancini wants Tevez back in England....''

Dear SWP's back.......please show a little compassion.

Thanks.

Yes i think the language barrier will play a big part in this situation!!
i agree with this ^^^^^^^^^
i don;t think mancini is doing him self or city any favours when he gives an interview in english, he should give it in italian and have an interpreture as a lot of what he says is twisted by the media etc and then used to make sensational headlines

there is no way what so ever he will have "ordered" tevez to return he has more likely "requested"
he return a totally different case altogether

Does anyone seriously think Tevez is "having a sicky" with his work ethic. If he isn't back it's because he has a genuine reason and not because he can't be arsed. The player who gets in everyones face and is still in with a shout of hitting the top PL scorer wouldn't be over there still if not for a good reason.

If his new baby girl is still very ill then he needs to be there and I don't begrudge him staying with his family in these sort of circumstances. Jobs can change but a new baby and/or wife who are desperately ill trumps any job, yes, even one paying £5m+ a year or whatever he is on.

Let me get this straight...

Someone on here is arguing that a woman who had her baby prematurely has chosen to have it prematurely in Argentina? And that she should instead have chosen to have it prematurely in Manchester instead?

Surely the whole point of it being called premature is that is actually not planned to happen that way at all?

Not only does that lack compassion, it also utterly lacks intelligence lol.

Mrs T did not, by the sounds of it, return to Argentina to have the baby...

"Joorbachian was also able to confirm that the baby's recovery from the ordeal of the premature birth was going well, after the family had been taken somewhat by surprise at the timing of the birth.

"It was unfortunate because I don't think anyone was expecting the baby to be born at that time. She [Tevez's wife] flew back on the Tuesday to see her family before the timeline for flying when you're pregnant is over.

"While she was there the baby was prematurely born. It wasn't a planned thing. When these things happen, unfortunately you have to deal with them."

So basically, stop pontificating and realise that shit happens.

i wish they'd use there heads when reading into what he says. they take everthing literally and yes it makes headlines but for fucks sake its getting boring now.
i don't know where my fuckin cat is but they don't report that do they?

Nothing to it. Everything is fine. SSN sniffing for news when there ain't much happening.

Bobby Manc and Tevez both sound in the right to me. BM wants him back and so he should. If BM said I don't want him back there must be a rift. If BM says he doesn't care there must be a rift. If BM says he wants him back there must be a rift.

All bollocks. Hopefully Carlos back for Saturday. Baby was in intensive care what's he supposed to do?

Bobby Manc wants him back and so he should.

All sweet at City.

P.S. Glad BM and Bellamy had a bit of a spat cos it shows they both care about club. What group of fellas doesn't have a go at each other once in a while even when they are part of a close knit group.

Come on City!

Agree with the rest of your post, but this doesn't make sense to me?

It shows Mancini cares about the club yes, but Bellamy was trying to get out of training with the rest of the group surely?

Sizeable assumption.
