Its always been illegal. There's means and ways to hide. My IP address is currently that of somebody in Romania, and judging how work has gone this week, prison would be a bloody holiday right now :-)

Sky Sports are relaunching their programming system from the 18th of July and replacing their old channels with TEN new ones. Among these are the dedicated channels Sky Sports Premier League and Sky Sports Football.
Thoughts?
