Rang Sky yesterday-Told them I wasn't happy at the prices they were charging. Threatened to leave to Virgin.

I have now got my line rental which should be 14.50 per month for £2 per month for 9 months

jesus have some people only just cottoned onto this or what....back when Bruno was boxing i used to argue that the fight had not come on. Usually got 2 months free of all channels after about 30mins of arguing

Since i came back from living in Cyprus 4 months ago i havnt bothered having sky installed, i had the lot before i went multi room and everything, i dont miss it one bit it was getting too rag infested anyway

Seriously Col-I haven't paid full price for sky for neearly 3 yrs mate.

I had an half price deal once a few years ago for 3 months,fuck all since
We have everything with them mate,broadband,phone line,sky package
Ive threatened to leave a couple of times and they just say give a months notice and never offered me out.

just do that then, they will phone you up b4 it comes to end of month and offer you a better deal

YEP! I had everything... cancelled... then they offered me half price for 12 months... multi room for £2.50 and ESPN free for 6 months. They even sent me £25 M&S gift vouchers if I went with broadband (from Talk talk), which is free for 6 months lol... great deal. Only thing is what to do when it expires end of august!
