Sly dig at us from Fergie??

Unless a team is a threat he does not criticise them other than for foul play before a match when he is trying to influence referees. I think he now genuinely is concerned about us as a threat.

It may well have been good business for Arsenal to sell Toure and Adebayor, he may be right if they were getting dissafected. It does not mean buying them is bad business.

United probably did the right thing to sell a dissafected Ronaldo, it does not mean that Real got a bad buy.

I have noticed that a few pundits are now starting to describe the sales of Toure and Adebayor as a positive move by Wenger as the players were disruptive in the dressing room.

I'm not sure how you can take this any other way. Toure had fell out of favour and wasn't getting picked, and the fans were on Adebayor's back. It was a positive move for Arsenal, hence why there was no haggling over the price, its also a good deal for City though.

When you respond he wins. Keep your counsel say nothing and he looks deluded. Mourinho beat him because he was more intelligient than him, wenger beat him until he decided to join him, he eminently beatable and his continued rants are just a feeble attempt to make him look relevant in a world that is continually passing him by.

FFS will you shut up?

;)

Agree entirely with your post by the way.

Let him say what he likes, when Hughes sets out his placards in the training ground dressing room with Baconface's bullshit quotes on, Ade and Kolo have personalised ones. Maybe they can nip round the corner and ask him to sign them :)
