Smallest away following for City

Malaga pre season game in the 80's, 3 of us, and we were only there because we were on holiday at the time in Malaga.

torquay,about 1983,wed night.we took about 200 on the special.

the rags took 100 to whoever they played the previous night.

Has to be Millwall. Can't remember the year. All away fans were banned that year for City Millwall games City won 1:0 and their was one brave lone fan cheering in an empty stand

There were quite a few Blues who were there in the home ends but didn't celebrate for the obvious reasons!

Wimbledon away at Selhurst on a Monday night around 95-ish. I was working in Surrey so drove up. I parked right outside the away end and there was nobody around at all. It crossed my mind that the match might be off it was so quiet.

Match was instantly forgettable. Think we lost. The only thing that sticks in my mind was being surrounded by rows and rows of empty seats. Also think it might have been Edghills debut
I remember one there when the away end was still standing, it was midweek in October, and there were less than 200, the whole crowd was about 4000, one of the lowest top flight crowds ever, Wimbledon had some truly shite crowds that season, there was one less than 3000 if I remember right.

There was indeed quit a few. Recognising faces and saying nothing as mockney accents were shit.

If they think the recent racist outbursts were bad ..... They had nothing on that game ..... Poor Shauny Wright got dogs abuse - they were blatant... Monkey chants and other racist abuse.

Too true, but Sweep had the last laugh. He was fucking brilliant that night.
