Just goes to show what's more important to some players these days....................

He could of stayed at inter, for probably the same wage.

At least he will play at gala.

No, he couldnt - thats why hes up for a move - they wont renew his contract on the same wages..............

No, his time at Inter was numbered when he refused to drop 30% of his weekly wage. He also had an alarming drop in form since the WC final.

Sneijder going to Galatasaray is a bit of a head scratcher to be honest. The man is in his prime of his career and he chooses to go play in the Turkish Football League. Nothing against Galatasaray as they are a solid club there and have shown some promise in the Champions League but that league as a whole pales in comparison to many others. I'm surprised someone of his caliber did not wait to see if he could go somewhere else.

Either way, no one could seriously argue that Sneijder has showed his true colours by going to Turkey? Money is all that drives him and thats not the sort we want anymore...................

Turkey appears to be an elephant's graveyard. Elano, Vassell Anelka etc. they don't last five minutes. Kebabs are great though!

He's gone there because he's probably had no serious offers from elsewhere , and now has to make it look like he was after goin' there all along !
