Am I the only one who is slightly bored with John Higgins? Of course his tenacity and comebacks are to be admired, his ability to still do it as one of the older players on the circuit, but frankly I’m a bit bored and rather disappointed with his remarkable prowess at winning tight games against more flamboyant players.

Never quite trusted him over the sting of him taking that money to throw a game which he then said he did because he was scared. Gracious loser today though as tbf he always is (it’s his style that bores me a bit)

Haven't watched it regularly in donkey's years. Got it on now for a few minutes before heading to bed, and a thought occurred to me (yes, it does happen from time to time); I wonder how much money The Crucible has made down the years from the World Championship. It must be a hefty sum.

Used to watch it loads in the 80s. This is the first time I’ve watched it much since then. This match is fantastic. Going to be a nervous final frame.
