Snow

According to the forecast it was a dollop from about 7pm tonight right through to 7am tomorrow then heavy rain all day. So far no snow and don't get me wrong, the less of any kind of precipitation the better. I hate snow and ice it's looks lovely on a photo and that's about it and we don't need rain in the NW at the moment.
7pm for the southwest maybe, as that's where it's starting and may take a few hours to get up to Manchester?

And I guess with snow it can change quite frequently and be quite unpredictable.

I'm not expecting much in Trafford where I am. Maybe an hour or so later looking at the radar on my weather app. I've just had a quick look on the snow reporters on Twitter and some claiming it's started in Stafford so may be here soon, if at all.

And yeah, nice to look at for a while but happy for it to fuck off after a day. I commute to work on my bicycle so could really do without this ice rain they've been banging on about and how icy the roads might become. Winter eh.

I used to commute to work on my bike a few years ago through all the seasons so I know how awful it can be and I was never a fair weather girl. You take it easy out there when you do go out.

Oh I will. I'll be walking or getting an uber if it's too gnarly. I don't risk it after coming off my bike 12 years ago on ice, fracturing my elbow and wrist and spending weeks in a sling. I don't want to experience that again.
