Snow

God help us if there's another war, the other half has just come home after setting off for work. Apparently the car slipped going around a small round about. She doesn't tend to roll the car but boot it.
I haven't seen the tight arsed council gritting with it being Sunday. A bit of a joke when you see the rise in the council tax over the past few years. Not forgetting the central government putting the squeeze on them.

Manchester airport closed 30 minutes ago, girlfriend landed from Mexico and her aircraft got stuck taxiing in to the terminal.

In other countries people use winter tyres and carry snow chains.

Here we fit shite Chinese ditch finders and whinge when the council don’t throw tons of corrosive shite all over the roads because we can’t be arsed using the right equipment for the weather conditions.

As kid loved the snow any day like today I'd be out with my mates! now more worried about falling on my arse when it freezes over :)

Why weren't there any warnings ?
It's scandalous that in this day and age no one warns an airport, from say Wednesday onwards, that it will snow on Sunday.
The snow, all 1/8 of an inch of it will be here for hours, we simply cannot cope. What are the government doing about it ?
