The sale of Snus has been banned throughout the EU since 1992 so who's peddling it?

Sweden. It's legal to sell it there and it's not illegal to possess it in the UK.

Interesting article from Mike Keegan on the prevalent use of Snus (a Swedish tobacco product) amongst players in this country:

I’m sure it will surprise you that me & John (along with Ben - dirty rag who was at Johns wedding) did a load of it on a skiing holiday about 27 years ago bud. Met a load of mad Swedish lads who plied us full of the stuff. It’s like a massive full on nico rush, making you feel light headed, a wee bit spaced out & giddy. My 1st experience of getting high & I loved it!

The stuff I did wasn’t in one of those packages, was like a damp heavy tobacco that you put inbeteeen your gum & cheek. If you swollowed any of it instantly made you pine. Think I’m right in saying they were called ‘black bandits’ in the UK & came in something which resembled a small cuboid tea bag.
