tbf to him his average first touch is at outside left, about half way in the opposition half, after we've spent 30 passes criss crossing the middle third of the pitch. He's then double marked and recieves the ball on a standing start. I'd get pissed off with that service. Jesus, the lad is quick. lets try and play to his strengths a bit!

With him. He has realised he has a problem, which must of us don't...lol, and that itself would have lifted a huge weight off his soulders. In that respect he can only improve and any improvement would benefit us. The guy's got real talent and needs a bit of time to get his shit together.

imo mario wont change who he is because he's playing for city, was bought for £20+m or has the potential to become the best striker in the world.
do you seriously think he gives a shit that he's playing for City? do you think he'd be even playing in England if there were other such offers we put on the table?
he's too much of a liability to be trusted to play for more than a 1/4 of the game, his attitude absolutely stinks and represents everything bad about the modern footballer and why other fans hate city atm.
Balotelli has been nothing but trouble both on and off the pitch and if Mancini goes in the summer, he wont be too far behind.

With him all the way. Who wasn't stupid when they were 20? His apology showed that he was willing to accept his own faults and try to improve himself.
Give him time to grow, if he keeps trying to improve and he matures a bit I believe he could be great.

100% with whilst he's still wearing City blue. I've defended and supported much worse. Richard Dunne got sent off or scored an og in many of the big games he played for us. barton and bellamy have physically assaulted team mates. Mario's biggest problem is that he's prejudged on. everything he does.
In a month when pro footballer elbowed a fellow professional in the head the big question was asked why the ref didn't see it. managers call into question the integrity of officials. Terry after abusing hid position several. times is made the figure head of English football. certain players and swear at officials without punishments.1 player and a Nani leave the pitch with sliced up legs due to disrespectful tackles from fellow pros. The list of things wrong with football is pretty long but Mario isn't one of them. He gets booked for waving his hands and ridiculed for having a difficult time with a bib. He made a mistake against Kiev but to say he cost us the tie is debatable.
Mario keeps yaya calm against villa, claps every rubbish over hit ball to him, is our second highest goal scorer and is currently rated the best young player on the planet. Yeh let's get rid.
