Said it a million times, after Fergie goes, one of two things will happen. They will keep on winning things, in which case, no one cares. Or they will slide away, in which case he would have failed. Jose loves the attention and praise, so neither scenario suits him.

He will go there - him and taggart are very close - Mouriniho is an ego - United no matter what peoele think are one of the biggest clubs in the world only Barca and Real bigger - a Rag team falling doiwn the league will be seen as a challenge although this is higly unlikely as i cannot ever see a time in the next 10 years when they dont fall out of the top 4 - and therefore will always be able to pull in enough quality players to maintan their position

i can see jose at old trafford. fergie hasn't got years left. 5 at the very tops. i dont think utd will be out the top 4 by then but i think the decline will be well under way by then. fergie will want to bow out on a high. prem title or the european cup, neither of which will happen now in my opinion. i hope he leaves when they just clinch fourth or even finish out of the top 4, knowing its all over for their dominance. jose then will try to be the saviour but will fall flat on his tanned arse
