Well after walking around Wembley hundreds of times and only managing to buy one ticket (i needed two) i sold it to a fellow blue at face value and i set off on the tube towards baker st. Got off the tube and walked to 'The Globe' walked in and got me and my dad a drink. We sat down next to a couple who were City fans.
(This was around 10mins before kick off)

Just enjoying the pre match build up when i am tapped on the shoulder by a young Indian lad asking if i want to buy tickets. Now being 10mins before kick off i don't believe it for a second. So he pulls them out.
4 tickets in a row, the Cat A tickets (£115)? with 'Sponsor Purchase' on the bottom. Now having had a proper ticket earlier in the day before selling it on i knew these were legit!!!
I offered £300 for all 4 telling him there was 5mins till kick off and virtually worthless. He took the money and then i grabbed this couple who were in complete shock and we jumped in a cab. 20mins later and we were at Wembley. My legs were like jelly but i sprinted up the concourse and we all crossing our fingers as we shoved our tickets in the scanner. We were met with the green ping and then we bolted to our seats.

We missed 15mins of the game but my God was it worth it in the end.

As you can see it is a pretty amazing story and hard to believe but that's what happened and the day will stick with me forever!

Absolutely amazing mate.

My brother got one for (£115 face value) for £100 just outside Wembley. Big big thank you to that blue. What a decent bloke he was not trying to profit from it, which would have been very easy to do because I know plenty did pay over the odds. You made our day. Me Da also got one (face value £85) for £100. Again, well done that blue for not trying it on. As for me, I jibbed it in with my brother and I'm going halves with him so costing me £50. Amazing day and some real luck to get tickets at face value.

Epic mate, what a day. Those 15 minutes were the best though (only joking) I'm genuinely sorry for any blue that couldn't get a ticket, but hope they had a great day either in City square or wherever.
haha. I know i missed a few chances we had but at least i was there for the goal.

Cheers guys

It truly was amazing.
Someone somewhere wanted us at that game!

I had a ticket in a box owned by an Egyptian Doctor who has links with Chelsea and has Kerry Dixon there as the Pro to do the schmoozing.I wanted 2 but couldn't swing it for my son. Friday night I get a phone call at 830pm from my mate who says Kerry's giving his ticket to your lad. Jumped in the car Fri night drove to a travelodge on the outskirts of London. Sat morn we met up with Kerry, my mate, dad, sister and my lad. Got the tickets off him and had a blinding day.
Top bloke. Nice one KD ;)
£150 each included top notch grub and all the beers/wine you wanted...was at the Stoke end so could watch our magnificent support in all their glory.
