The City fans are still here. The humour is still here. That's City for me. What got us through the dark times, for most of us anyway, was the humour. More than anything that's what being a City fan is to me. Humour, whether it be self-deprecating or gallows or absurdist. All else follows.
Of course some got through because they loved it. They loved being miserable and having a justifiable outlet for their misery. Now they have to fucking work for it, unlike that twat Balotelli grumble grumble grumble now Dickov he put in a shift... It's almost like being at work, which, incidentally, is fucking miserable.
