Actually Tevez does not need to learn Italian - or Mancini Spanish to speak with each other. I just have a minimum of Spanish but a lot more of Italian and never had any problems to talk with spanish people if both parties tried to speak slow. I think that it is even easier if you are a native of any of this countries.
