So who will go down?

I don't understand why anyone would want a local away game to be relegated. Most likely to be replaced by someone that is a fair distance further away.

I don't think anyone wants a particular team to be relegated they are just discussing who they think will be relegated, anyway it makes no difference what we want in terms of who will be relegated, as it's not really up to us

I agree and understand it's not up to us, the table never lies. But there are people in here who, it would seem. Would rather travel a long distance to away games, rather than one 20-40 miles away.

As I kept reminding Blackpool fans last season, it's a marathon not a sprint, in order to survive you need a bit of depth in the squad, teams like QPR don't really have any, and that's why they fall away after Christmas

QPR will have cash to spend come January.

My 3 would be...

Wigan.
Sunderland.
Wolves.

Hold on, we haven't hit 40 points yet!

wigan will this year i believe, on current form blackburn as theyre going to have to have a big change in luck and wolves i think have avoided the drop just in recent years so ill tip them to go down aswell

bolton
qpr
swansea

blackburn, wolves and finally wigan (but less so) have the spirit and the experience to get results to extricate themselves

Purely skeptical but Wolves will not go down...not this year. Too many other crap teams.....Blackburn and Wigan are 2 of them. If both of them go down I wouldn't be very surprised, if neither one of them go down i'll swim back across the atlantic!!!

Although their F.A cup final...on today's performance...Qpr will not go down.

Im going with this...

Norwich
Wigan
Blackburn

QPR won't go down. They played really well against the best team in the Country yesterday and will have enough about them to avoid finishing in one of the relegation spots.

I'm going for Blackburn (crap), Wigan (their luck will run out this time around) and Swansea (they'll begin to fall.)

I think it's a little early, look at Blackpool last season they but in some real good performances, the buisiness end of the season is after Christmas

But unlike Blackpoo, they've got gritty Premier League players who know how to dig deep and grind out wins in the PL. Barton, SWP, *cough* Ferdinand etc can keep performing, and keep the team going.

They will be a good 15 points off relegation IMO.

Long way to go but surely Wigan have run out of luck. May be local but its a shit away day imo. Plus we won't have to hear from that idiot Whelan any more.

Still think Norwich & Swansea will struggle and shocked at Bolton. Seems to have all gone bad for them after the FA Cup semi.

The thing is when you watch Wigan they dont seem terrible. They are going down witout a doubt though and i will enjoy the day

Watching them now. They've had about 5 great chances and failed to hit the target with each one. The couple that have hit the target have been toe-pokes.

Wigan could be down by March at this rate like Derby were about 4 years ago. Martinez is a good manager but has nothing to work with.

If I definitely knew who was going down then I'd put some money on it. I didn't think Blackpool would stay up all season despite the way they started. The squad just wasn't good enough.

Bolton should begin to move away from bottom of the table now. That 5-0 is a real confidence booster.

Good point

worrying thing is unless moyes changes his tactics you may get your wish. how neville , osman and hibbert are still playing for us is shocking. find it hard to believe that the players enjoy his tactics and the style ( and i use that term loosely ) of football is shocking. substitutions that would baffle einstein , sooner he fcuks off to celtic the better !!
