So, who's still got tickets to buy?

It really will be a close call because as we all know there will be seasoncard holders above 2000 points who are not going but how many only the club knows. There could be 1000 or 5000 seasoncard holders over 2000 not going so it's all guess work at the moment.

The 2000 cut off point stated by the club would of been based on ALL seasoncard holders over 2000 points, supporters club members and DCS members under 2000 buying tickets so all those must add up to around 31-32k fans.

For those under 2000 points like myself on 1900 it will be a scrap for the remaining tickets next Friday/Saturday which will probably only be single £30-£40 tickets randomly dotted about.

Good luck everyone under 2000 points, everyone else over doesn't need to worry unless City have a chimp in charge of working all this out.

thinking of going down at about 6am on saturday, is that too early? is there only 9k left? so many questions and yet no one to answer!
I don't know. Why the club can't just say on the web-site approximately how many have been sold I don't know. That way people like yourself could guage whether to turn up at 6am or 2-3pm

On a weekday, a 6am queue means you will be there till 10.30 ish, but you could walk up at 2.30pm and buy with no queues.

Maybe wait for Friday evenings update on the web-site to see if categories 2,3 &4 are still available. And if they are you could be more relaxed about it. But you'd expect Saturday to be a busier day. if I were in your shoes, with very little reliable info, I think I'd turn up before 9am Saturday, but I do think that means half your Saturday will be gone, and probably for no good reason as they will more than likely still be on sale next week. Not good that fans are in the dark when the club has a web-site and presumably has a very good idea how sales are progressing - even an approximate figure would be better than nothing

My Dad and I are both on 1900 points so need to hope and pray they are still on sale next Friday. Don't care what seats they are as long as we are in the City end!

Don't you want to sit in the u****d end? This might be a match for all the citizens of Manchester to enjoy together. Optional hand holding.

In one day today I have read that we have 16,000 left, 5500 left, 9000 left (From Mike Summerbee twitter (If real)) and 12000 left.

I think the actual figure is 11,137.

In that case isnt his likely to be the most accurate?

If true. Its looking like Saturday/Sunday.

I know 3 lads who are going who havent got ST and are not in OSC's. Sometimes its who you know that matters not loyalty points! I reckon our main sponsers have cremaed off thousands of these and handed them out.

Lets use Etihad as an example. 1000 tickets at say £50 a pop. £50,000 outlay. Fck all to a company like that. 1000 happy corporates and 1000 sad ST holders who miss out!
