Might be worth having a read of the thread entitled "own up if you wanted Ireland out last season thread". Patience is a good thing.

The thin gis if someone is doing well the Majority of fans will want them to stay & if they are doing badley well what do you think ?

I think that it takes time to build a consistently succesful team. It doesn't happen over a few months. Consistency is the key and that will take time no matter who is in charge.

Going back to my original post, consitency is what ireland is showing now (more or less) he clearly always had the potntial. I just think that the MH team are in a similar position to Ireland 12 months ago.
