.....and you decide to invest in a football club.
Who would you approach?
Myself I'd go for Sheffield Wednesday. A 'sleeping giant' with a fantastic stadium already in place. Would get it for a decent price considering their financial situation and league placing. Potential for huge crowds if the glory days return.
I'd also only appoint a manager who believes in playing the game properly - on the deck, flowing, attacking football. And whilst he would be given a very healthy transfer budget I'd concentrate on setting up an enviable youth academy and building a massive scouting network. Really prioritize on bringing in and producing exciting young talent.
Also from the very start every seat, no matter where in the ground, would be a standard fifteen quid for the fans.
