It's his job to put the contrary viewpoint. Just like on Talkshite they always take up opposing opinions to start a debate, and get people ringing in. I don't get what's so difficult for people to understand about this... It isn't necessarily his actual opinion.

Plus, if the rest of them have reacted like that then that shows that there wasn't a problem. Which there wasn't. There's nothing in the rules to stop him talking to the taker, so long as it isn't offensive/abusive.
