The OP fucked this thread up adding in frontmen. LG is one of the best frontmen there has been but he's not a solo artist despite having written a few songs.

How would you go about comparing a frontman like LG to a solo artist like Beck? As a musician and solo artist Beck wins quite easily but as a frontman he loses.

You weigh up all sides, character, talent and so on to come up with your answers. Beck doesn't need a brother writing his songs or other musicians input so he's clearly an artist of higher quality.

But if you're from Manchester and drink lager then you'll think every clone of Ian Brown is talented.

I only took into account both their talents as front men, I like Liam but Jagger is one of the best of all time.

Jagger wins even without taking into account song writing etc

Purely based on stage presence, Jagger wins. His moves are legendary, everyone knows who he is, he's a massive twat these days but he's Mick Jagger out of the Stones.
