noel.he has improved with time.jaggers worsened(maybe noels voice will drop off in future years also)

Just out of curiosity has Michael Hutchence been in this list? I couldn't see his name anywhere. I think he's one of the best frontmen of all time (not saying he's the best, just one of the best). Jagger will probably win this competition....cant really argue with that.
