I'd agree with that. But Mourinho has won league titles, domestic cups and Champions League titles everywhere he's been. Hughes hasn't.

well going off what your saying, hughes has achieved nothing, mourinho has achieved lots, so if mourinho had done the same job as hughes in his first season wouldnt that make him an even bigger failure?
