Just have the picture on your computer then go to http://tinypic.com/ click on browse/choose whatever and then choose the picture where you have it and then click on upload (sorry i have it in spanish so im not 100% sure what it will say for you) after that wait untill its uploaded and then copy the link here with the Img tags around it if you can.

Nice I like this one, it was from a charity match late last year I think.
If City have some charity matches or Testimonials, Mancini might even come out and play, he did so a few times at Inter, and not too long along at Sampdoria.
