ask him how many of their fans who attend matches at anfield are actual scousers ? my guess is they have less local support pro rata than the rags . saw a few regulars from oslo the sunday before last as i was in diddlepool !

To be fair he's from Preston, I live and work in Preston but was from Newton Hyde as a kid then Reddish till I was 28 then moved here.

As far as I know he's allways been from Preston, it will be his fathers or grandfathers culb really? (he should be a PNE fan really)

My mum is a use to be a massive utd fan, but me started school with all city fans and stuck from there. It was fun in my house on D day' my brother is a red also.

sorry - he is the worst sort of glory hunting twat i could imagine , snubs his local team for the most succesful team in english football history (despite what the rags think ! ) tells me all i need to know about that prick - will let you off of course ? as most other posters have recommened on here already he deserves a very large slap !

I've been to watch PNE a few times since living here, yes I support City and will always do so. I will also go a watch my local teams as well.

use to watch Hyde utd when I was a kid, my mum and dad couldn't really aford to take me to watch city when I was young so they use to take me there. Not the same I know but use to be taken to main road on birthdays and treats. Started going every weekend when I got older with my mates. And when I moved to Reddish jump on the 203 to eastlands (via hyde road) most weekends.

The girl I lived with was a massive city as was her family so use to go with them alot.

I will go and watch most team via one..............

Exactly!

It's easy to wake up one morning and have a look at the league table and see your team with no hope in a shit division. Then deciding to have a look at who's the best team in the country and thinking "right, I'll support Liverpool (/United)".

I've got to say, I admire the restraint shown by the OP. Personally, I wouldn't have the patience to even pass the time of day with such a slow-witted nobody.

Tell him there's a programme on BBC1 most Saturday nights that is devoted to deluded Scousers like him.
