Something Blue is coming....

I seen that yesterday on Twitter and my immediate thought was Fred giving the number
I hope it`s not Fred. If we`re signing a number 6, I guess it would be a centreback or a defensive midfielder. Hopefully it`s one of Fabinho/Jorginho/Ndombele or Saul, even though it would be very unrealistic to announce a signing before they had played their last game for their current club

It could be a sponsorship with Blue Moon beer, definitely seen that somewhere in the world, was it America?

Yes, it’s all over the US as it is owned (unfotunately) by MillerCoors. It’s not an exceptional beer, especially given the thousands of crafts available now, but it is better than most of the domestic piss water that are draft staples in the states so it is my ‘fallback’ choice. Both Mary D’s and BrewDog serve it as of earlier this year, with it popping up elsewhere in Manchester, as well. I imagine they are pushing out to the UK in general now.

I still think this is to do with a data analytics offering from SAP, though. Perhaps related to player performance assessment or fantasy football, as we are starting to catch up with the US for pay-to-play fantasy competitions (a very big business here, which is tantamount to gambling but still not regulated in the same fashion, making it still a bit of a wild, wild west market, despite recent government investigations and commercial suits).

It's definitely not. There's no marketing company in the world would recommend having a lad walk up in the old kit to announce that.

The fact that it's a player disguised leads me to believe it's a player signing. If that's the case it would have to be one that was done lightning fast. I'm going to go out on a limb for a laugh here and say it's Balotelli :-)
Plus 1 .

It's vile mate. Any beer that needs a slice of orange in it can fuck off. :)
