Well, thank you my friend. I am not sure if you actually understood that I was trying to be as sarcastic as I possibly could. I am confused and mad at the same time.

I do not mean to offend anyone but it seems to me that most of the City fans do not care about what is happening on the pitch and off the pitch as long as City is winning. This is where I am confused.

To me winning is important but I would rather see the whole team playing together as one, trying to beat the opponent. I love to see all players happy for each other when they are doing well, to have a team spirit. In Man City that is almost impossible because as long as you are doing well I am on the bench.

There will never be a peace and harmony in the team with system that Mancini created. No player will accept to sit on the bench regularly unless he really doesn't give a shit about the team (mercenary?).

What player can focus on the game, when he constantly has to look to the sideline to see if some is worming up to take his spot? Someone already asked the question: "How many starters do we have in this team"?

Yes, City won FA Cup with system like this but honestly, how many great teams did City have to beat to win that trophy? Stoke was there too without the mastermind and billion pounds bankroll. Stoke was (possibly) one goal away from the same trophy.

Mancini system will work the best in FA cup with a bit of luck but never in a PL or CL. I mean Notts County when I say "bit of luck".

I think it is time to clean up this mess, keep 12-13 starters and let the others go. Build a team around them. Don't treat players like cheap hookers. They are human being and they will show their emotions sooner or later.

Get players who don't mind sitting on the bench, such as younger talented or older experienced players who can give good half an hour when necessary. It might take a year,two or three to win but it is better then never.
