Zappa was bad that day. Put a dampener on the proceedings. The only positive was that all the Zappa lookalike tossers went home after his slot.
IIRC, the security fences were taken down just before the Tubes came on and people started drifting away thinking it was all over.
I may have dreamed that bit... I was terribly drunk.
