Songs for former players

A particular fave was aimed at players like Terry Hurlock, Tony Cascarino etc

"Where's your caravan, where's your caravan.."

The "sha la la la Summerbee" effort met with a chorus of "who the fucking hell is he" at a Maine Rd derby (whose year escapes me, John Aston broke his leg trying to tackle Franny, and, I recall first use of that word in loud chanting evidenced by audible mass intake of breath by crowd, explained by Barry Davies (?) on MOTDas reaction to wet sponge being applied to injured player)

U***** response subsequently met with
"The greatest center forward in historeeee,
U****** 1 and City 3,
Georgie Best has got VD".

Happy Days.

Anyone recall Shilton's wife carrying on with another bloke and the Kippax giving Shilton a rousing chorus of:

"If you've had Shilton's wife, clap your hands..."

With about 15,000 of us all clapping?

:-)

I remember we had a few rather plain ones back in P Reid's day:
Steve McMaarn Steve McMaarn Steve McMaaarn was one
And Ooo Vonky Vonky

Did Flipflop ever have a song?

Mick McCarthy, Mick McCarthy nah, na, na, na, na, nah!

He's here he's there ....... Neil McNab, Neil McNab.

But my favourite from that era has to be:
Kenny Clements - "Kenny for England" at a FA Cup replay at home to Blackpool in the eighties. He actually started laughing.

think my favourite of all time was dedicated to ex manager Sven Goran Erikksson when it all came out Shinawatra was planning to sack him the fans came out with this at Anfield
(to the tune of Pink Floyds Another brick in the wall)

We dont need no Phil Scloari, we dont need no Mourinho
