Thank you! As a teenager in the 70’s ABBA were openly laughed at and derided as soft parent pop. In about ‘79 we were off to the pub one lunchtime from college. A couple of the regular “lifts” weren’t available so we commandeered a lad and his Morris Marina. Nice lad, a bit straight and the chief mischief maker got in the passenger seat and slammed his cassette in…… cue hilarity from the rest of us as we pissed ourselves laughing all the way to the pub.
