Anyone else suffering with this bloody ad that appears on both sides of the screen and clips the BM threads?

Anyone got a sure fire way of getting rid of it peranently, please would you post.

I'm on IE9 & Vista

Where#s the delete board cookies thingy?? Can't find it and it's driving me insane (the ad that is)
