I have to admit that nobody has ever said that to me.
thatWe are now being seen by the opposition as a winning machine and therefore perceived as 'soulless' because machines lack character or individuality and therefore lacking in humanity. Our continued winning means it is becoming 'tedious' (or inevitable) in some eyes.
Basically, we are perceived as so good and vastly superior that it has taken away the joy of the overall competition as far as the opposition are concerned and it helps them deal with the fact that we are simply the better than them no matter what they try to do.
Maybe he’s born with it? Maybe it’s Maybelline?Wow, that is confidence, removing your hair band just before you KNOW you are going to score!
TUNE“In the days when you were hopelessly poor I just liked you more”
The self entitled in red used to laugh at us when we were rubbish on the pitch. They thought like some caste system they would always stay on top.
Now we are great on the pitch the self entitled saddos effectively are reduced to talking aboit attendances ( my dads bigger than yours) or atmospheres (I go to better parties than you).
Pathetic
Hopefully when we are no longer having such success we show a little more class.
It will stop though, so let’s just enjoy it. No one stays top of the pile forever.Last resort of opposition fans who know that we are not only better than them on the pitch but off it too. Wait till they realise it’s never gonna stop!
